Emma Watson is pedo-bait as far as I'm concerned.
I'm surprised no one has complained about Rhianna being high on the list. Sure she's pretty, but "hot"?

That sounds a little whiny. This is a "100 hottest wimmenz" sort of list, so it's okay to be picky, even without making direct comparisons to those you have personally torn the clothes off of.
For example, I personally think Penelope Cruz looks sort of like an ostrich and has a really annoying voice. I find her very un-attractive and would probably be annoyed with her in real life. I think my wife is a zillion times hotter. I am sure others might disagree, but so what? Someone else might think that Penelope Cruz is hotter than women I have been with, but I would disagree. Maybe it's all subjective.
I think the #1 is a little weird of a choice, but I do not know who she is. She's very pretty but does not have the "shut yo mouth" hottness of say Jessica Alba or Scarlett Johannsen. I think Alysson Hannigan is ferociously hot by the way. Kathrine Heigl and Elisha Cuthbert were pretty far back on the list, and they are two of the hottest women ever IMHO. Ah well, everyone has a different opinion.

Ive really never been into blondies or the curvies, Im more of a dark haired waif guy
but the first time me and my buddy saw Scarlett in "Ghost World" even before she embraced her inner hottie, we were both like, damn, that girls gonna turn into something HOT!

Oh wow - Samantha from I dream of Genie? She is super hot! Raquel Welch as well. I agree with Sandra too - Rachel Weisz is another eternal hottie. There are so many others... I used to be totally into Teri Hatcher in the "New Adventures of Superman" days.
