I tried it and didn't think there was anything special about it besides the black bottle. For the price, I'd rather buy and drink Hennessy Privilege over this stuff.

Mixing cognac with apple juice (or anything else for that matter) is a huge waste of cognac, especially if it's higher grade than VSOP.

i'm not a huge drinker but apple juice? Its like ordering a real good cut of steak and putting Heinz ketchup.... and no I did not taste a real difference between the vsop or the black.

I was thinking about buying a bottle and trying it, I prefer the privilege as well..
I wonder how the black would be for an incredible hulk? 1 part henny, 2 parts hypno, chilled glass, over ice (I use light ice)
