help wheel bearing?

I just got my car back recently and now it is making this annoying squealing sound in the drivers rear wheel. The wheel bearing was replaced so I'm guessing the nuts where not torqued properly, the bearing wasnt greased prior to installation, or my bearing is still f$#& up... Im not to sure so my question is where can I bring it to in the bay area that can check it out and fix it for a reasonable price??? And any suguests are welcome..
