Hey, i know this isnt the 'right' forum, but theres more people here anyways. Cant decide between these two springs, anyone have experiences with either one? Thanks!

My goals are to get stiffer suspension and better handling, I dont wanna go super low because I still wanna be able to go off road and in the snow. Thanks for your help!

Swifts if you're going to lower with struts.
Any lowering spring will be much better off with them
if not epic engineering for less stiffness and less drop. Comparable to stock with konis on the legacies.

+1, RCE makes great products and have great customer service. Give them a call and myles can help you with a suspension setup. There are plenty of times he has steered customers to other products because it may be a better fit for them.

"while higher spring rates provide excellent handling and vehicle stability characteristics."
----
Translation=while higher spring rates provide a ****ty ride, making cornering unstable on rough roads, also wearing out the rest of your car/struts faster.
Anyways high spring rates are only good on nice smooth circuits, rce blacks FTW

I have not used any of the other springs but i have used the Tanabe GF210 springs on my 2005 STI. I like them. They are not too harsh on the road (i drive some pretty bumpy roads) and there are only a couple spots i can think of where i need to slow down because i get a pretty harsh bounce. I have autocrossed on them and they are stiff enough to handle the autocross (this is also combined with F/R sway bars). My girlfriend doesnt find the ride too uncomfortable so that has to say something lol. Paul at FW Motorsports uses the Tanabe's a lot. The way i say it is they are still soft enough to be comfortable but stiff enough for those spirited runs.
