HELP with rear megans

Hey I clubers. I recently bought a set of megan streets. I installed the fron two with no problem. But the rear stock strut I'm having problems removing. I know how to remove it, but I'm in lack of tool to remove it. The two strut bolts that attach strut to knuckle, are hidden behind the knuckle and difficult to access. I'm curious to know if anyone has a air gun to help me out? I can throw some cash for sure. Id prefer someone close to bay area so I can drive over. PM me if you can help. TIA.

Just get some extensions and work around it.

ill see if i can find a 19mm crows foot. that seems like its the only thing that would fit in there and still give me enough leverage. to loosen those strut nuts. is it possible to loosen the bolt end (as opposed to nut end) with an air gun? if so, that all i would really need. but im debating hitting up oreilu or autozone to see if they rent that out. i live in los altos and poeple are not very fond of loud noises, even on the weekend

You can, just make sure to hold the nut end as well with a wrench. Hit it with a gun just enough to loosen it.

Think I'm just going to pay some guy stupid money to do it at a shop. Don't have time. Bleh...hoping I didn't have to take3 it to a shop so they can remove 4 fkcuin bolts and charge me $150+. Hell, I could've bought my UELs with that money. Lol

Really? No one able to help a brotha out? Oh well. Anyone interested in buying a complete set of fully adjustable megans? I don't have time for this so I'm just going to have to sell them. Pm me if you're interested

And extensions are useless. What good is an extension gunna do if the nut is completely blocked by the knuckle and axle?

loosen it from the bolt side..just get an open ended wrench on the nut...spray tons of pb blaster on the bolt and you should be able to at least break it with a breaker bar on the accessible side...

Nope. I've been sitting here for hours constantly spraying it with wd (only penetrating lube I got) and bolt side still won't budge with breaker bar. All I need as access to an impact wrench for 30 mins. If I can't do it today I'm selling the coilovers. Its really a simple 1 hour job
