Like some people already said, they sleep on the hood for warmth.

Setup a dry warm place for them to sleep, and they'll forget all about your truck. I'd call animal control anyways to at least capture and neuter/spay them to avoid more litters.

Maybe get some type of speaker setup out by the car that randomly has sounds of coyotes or dogs barking or something (assuming the cats are actually scared of other animals though. Won't work if they don't care).
Yeah I know right? they should know that I have enough weapons to deal with this problem, but
Speakers might work, I could just play Celine Dion, thats sure to get rid of any sort of predator, even buglars!

I used to sprinkle pepper all around my car, since cats used to love hopping on my hood and sitting in my scoop for warmth. It worked for me.
I love that commercial! So great!
Pepper? Just like ordinary table pepper? Wonder why that works so well. Maybe cause it makes them sneeze...wonder if I just started to bear mace the cats on my driveway if that would work...hmmm...

I'd use ground red pepper...

or bear mace.

The pigeon spikes could work...or at least be fun...

Doesn't bear mace just sound like a fun idea?

Just catch the cats. Remove their tags and send them off to the SPCA.

TOTALLY. You need two, though. Dual wield.

This is how my dad and grandpa kept the cats out of their flowers and yard.

They went out and bought a super soaker. And then they filled it up with ammonia and water. I would say a 50/50 ratio, and then they shot the cats with it.

Now what does this do you might wonder...

After you shoot the cats with it they usually run away, then they will go to their hiding place and lick their fur clean, while doing this they will ingest the ammonia water and you know...

BAM no more cat problems, plus you are helping control the pet population

But down the front door like Lara Croft and just start spraying all the cats with two cans of bear mace? Sounds like a party!

An you'd be right. Most of them dont even have all their fur. They are feral, and as is was so recenly pointed out to me, it is illegal in California to feed wild animals...oh reary...
I like the shock mats too but are they going to work outside in the weather and such around a big *** truck? And it that cost effective?
