ANd yes, I ALWAYS have some stupid problems. sigh.
My best friend is a manager at America's tire and YES, they can get ANYTHING off. You might have to sign a disclaimer but they will get it off.

Sorry you had to go through such a frustrating ordeal!

Any luck? The only way you will be able to get that lug off now is by hammering a smaller socket over the lug and breaking it off like sti owns evo said. If done properly you WILL NOT scratch the face of the wheel. Trust me. This is exactly what Americas tire company will do or any other tire shop. I work at Americas tire. There is no way you can cut the stud off with the wheel still on the car

colton lives up in sactown and im here in the bay. we're trying to meet up one more time to get this all over with. hopefully we can hammer on a smaller socket. Will that really break the lug? or do you guys mean hammer it on to make it fit, then take it off?

hahaha hope this is at least entertaining to some people cuz it aint for me!

There is still plenty left on it at the front of the lug nut, can't find a deep socket that fits?

You cant cut it off with the wheel on. You could also hammer a smaller socket to the rounded portion, reshaping it.

You will hammer a smaller socket on to make it fit. From the look of it a 17mm socket might work. With luck the lug will spin off. If the lug it seized onto the stud the stud will break off with some force. If you guys need help when Colton comes back down I can help you guys out. I live in San Ramon
