HELP!!! Need ur opinion...should I or shouldn't I?
ok guys i've been thinking about changing my stock steering wheel to the momo millenium steering wheel. should I do it? Oh and for those that have changed there steering wheels to aftermarket ones what hubs r u guys using and where did u buy it from?
here is a pic of the momo millenium steering wheel.
I use to have the same steering wheel on my bimmer and love how it felt. So I was thinking of putting the same one on my suby. But I dunno...should I do it?

Wow. Its a family car, and you want to remove one of the the greatest safety inventions ever (the airbag) to you can have a better feeling steering wheel that provides 0 benefit for anything besides track driving?

Altering the safety equipment in a vehicle is either illegal, or can result in a law suit. In the case of removing/disabling an airbag, you could be looking at a law suit as you're liable if someone is injured and the airbag would have prevented it.
It's a family car, keep it friendly.

...FWIW, it is illegal. Airbags save lives and other precious body parts. (Trust me, I know) But nothing pleases me more than having a firm and stylish grip on my ride, just ask my girlfriend
Or my 1/2 leather 1/2 suede 300mm Sparco wheel.

I wouldn't do it unless you had a roll cage, racing seats and harnesses. Otherwise, in an accident, you're eatting straight up metal steering wheel. If you have the afore mentioned.............go for it.
