Actually, now that I look at the pics a little closer, it still has the third brake light. So it can't be the Scooby, or the Zero Sports / Chargespeed (two posted above this post). Can't be the Kaminari one either.
Though, it looks a lot like this V5 Style Wing from Primitive (which DOES have the brake light):
