from what i can see it looks like oil is seeping out ever so. I don't think that is normal but im not sure. would like to know what that part is and if that is a sign of something wrong, or about to go wrong or if its ok and to do "x".

The valve inside can get stuck sometimes I think. Do a search on nasioc there are tons of threads about PCV valve problems.

A few people I know completely removed theirs as well but I don't think some people recommend that on a street car.

Its not a pcv valve but a sensor for the pcv system. the car is not throwing a code but still curious as to the oil that is present.

Sometimes those hoses getbhard and brittle and oil will seep out from hairline cracks. You can try to retighten the clamp or replace the hoses and use new clamps.

That is your blinker fluid reservoir sensor. The stuff leaking out is burnt up blinker fluid, it should be a bright yellowish orange (like the color of your blinkers). You should really be changing it more often. Don't you notice your turn signals have been blinking slow?

While he's at it he should upgrade his blinker fluid to LED blinker fluid, and change his headlight fluid to HID fluid
