- PS3 40gb
- a game (I don't think metal gear is in it), though I did see GT5 Prologue
- Blu-Ray DVD
- Blu-Ray remote
- $100 Walmart Giftcard (which you could use to buy metal gear)

For $470

btw, I am kind of slow and late to this whole PS3 thing... I went to the PS3 site before and found out that they were releasing the new PS3 on June 12. They are the 60/80GB PS3 (assume these are the ones folks are looking for). Thew have some minor new features comparing to the 40GB system. However, I also saw a poster at Circuit city where the 'new' PS3 will be release in November. What is that all about? Sorry for the stupid questions... I don't follow the release of PS3 very well...

oops, read it wrong. I'll edit my post.

Although, I have noticed a lot of people are buying laptop size (2.5") hard drives so they can put them in their PS3s. I think it's cheaper doing that then upgrading to the 80gb too.

here are the differences between the 40GB and 80GB (reason why i want 80GB):

- 80GB has 4 USB ports instead of 2 on the 40GB
- 80GB is backward compatible on PS2 games but 40GB doesnt (even though it's software emulation, still a good feature to have)
