I know this thread makes me just as bad as a Lakers fan...you know, talking **** about other teams fans and such, but I think it was worth it just this once.

sure it ain't over, but watching that game last night clearly shows one thing. the pistons are deep. It's really the Pistons vs. shaq/kobe+1 (that 1 is so inconsistant).

I want LA to win, but damn you got to admit... they've gotten their butts kicked for most of 3 games.

Talking

I just hope the Lakers and their fans keep thinking that we aren't that good and it must be that the Lakers are just not performing...Maybe after the Pistons win they will get a little bit of National respect for playing the game the right way. With defense and offense.

Saw a great sign at the palace last night

"I see Kobe and Shaq, But where are the LAKERS?"

Go Pistons!

Just as the Ravens did in football.

in football more, but if malone was 100% this series would be different. not that the lakers would sweep or anything but it would be like this. the lakers play very good defense, but with malone not being able to move is a huge defensive liability.

It's sad to see GP the way he is. man I was hoping that he had something left so he can play for the Warriors for one year then retire.

i was hoping the same thing but last season though...

he's done so much. but that desire for the ring, i dont know... i have more respect for reggie miller than malone and payton combined. he knew that the last couple years, he wasnt as great as previous seasons and he even acknowledged that. he said he will take a role as a bench player instead of whining about more playing time. now, that is team loyalty. a true team player.

If Malone was 100% hmmm....I remember Malone was healthy in game 1 and had a whole 4 pts.

Let the excuses roll in.....How bout this....Maybe if the Lakers would have played a different team this finals...

It aint over yet and the pistons would be mistaken to get overconfident against a Lakers squad that is very good. But the Laker fans are just now seeing what we pistons fans have seen since the Sheed trade. That is the Best defensive basketball team since the shot clock era....The stats don't lie....And as Sheed would say "That ball aint gonna lie!"

he had his knee drained before the series. sure doesn't sound like 100% to me. if you watched how he moved in the previous series and this one you would know. we'll see sunday, when LA wins. it's 2-2 and going back to LA.
