Help: can't seem to turn lights off????

Help: can't seem to turn lights off????

It may just be one of the days when my head isn't working.

My car's DRL, both front signals and dimmed brake lights are on even when I have turn the car off , with the key pulled out.

Am I on crack? I made sure I've turned the lights off?!
