Talking Help a brotha out finding a 2.5rs GC!!

Hey guys, been a while. My buddy is pretty aggressive about buying my wrx and the only worthy replacement for me is a GC 2.5rs

I have been looking high and low and can't find anything in norcal . I know most of you frequent other forums and may know of something out there or maybe even have one you want to sell your self.

Any help is much appreciated!
-Ray

Rs25.com but be ready to take it in the *** cause everyone things the RS is a "rare super valuable car" worth twice the blue book

Check southern Oregon and Tahoe/Reno area Craigslist. Just keep in mind possible out of state registration issues

If it isn't, why are they fetching higher than kbb value?

I wouldn't say its a "rare super valuable car" but more of a valuable car. People can ask for more cause people will pay since its a good value for what you get.

I'd say stretch your buying area, there's some in SoCal. AutoTempest Used Car Search Engine - Everyone's ideal car is out there. Find yours. is key.

Same thing as Hachi's. It's that sentimental tax they add on top. In all honesty, just go the auctions and pick up a straight fram clean body l or rs. Doesn't necessarily have to have clean paint.

Ever since I sold mine for 8k a couple years ago the prices have skyrocketed! There was a stock silver one on craigslist a couple weeks ago for 7800.

Because there are dummies willing to pay it

Honestly you are better off buying from a non-enthusiast. Most enthusiast owned cars are overpriced and beat on. New to find that regular guy special... You know the guy that actually took the car in for all the service

Curious, wouldn't the GC prices start to go down with the FRS and BRZ being out? Or do folks really want a 2-door subie with AWD?
