Helmet shop reccomendations?

I'm in the market for a helmet, does anyone know of a shop with a decent selection that I can try on.

I wouldn't mind a few recommendations on different brands and models as well.

thanks in advance!

Online for price. Locally? Uhm Sonoma has their pro shop with some in stock, you can check seats out too.

Gotellis in SSF may have some? Uhhhhh

go to a motorcycle store, try on helmets to see your size and buy online if there's no shop near you. Auto helmets don't need to be as snug as motorcycle helmets

What is the helmet for? Mountain biking? Auto racing? Spelunking?

Price range would be $200-300, I was looking at the hjc AR 10 ii. I'll be hitting up gotelli's to try out some different models and sizes this week.

Thats the same helmet I run. Its a nice helmet for the price. I ended up taking the shield off it for more air flow.

the Bell Sport SA2010 Auto Racing Helmet is around the same price range. Look at SafeRacer - Auto Racing Safety Equipment, Auto Racing Gear, Auto Racing Helmets, Auto Racing Suits - SafeRacer for reviews on both helmets
