The time has finally come that I have to say goodbye to you all. In a way at least.
I will no longer be the parts manager at Stevens Creek Subaru.
I am taking on the job of Fixed Operations Director which means I will be running both parts and service.
I'll do my best to respond to PM's and whatnot, but at this point I am taking on a much bigger venture. I have the utmost faith in the people working for me and can assure you that they will do what it takes to continue serving you.
If there is anything I can do please do not hesitate to ask. You're all welcome to call me and I'll chat if I can.
Look forward to serving the community for another 13+ years.
I can not edit the title, but we all know it should say 'heart'. Sorry friends.

Actually from what I've read about Steven's creek's service department history, it sounds like the new job might have to involve literally kicking some asses!
Best of luck Ryan, it should be great to see you get that operation turned around- in a good way!

I won't see you in parts anymore?!
