I am having idle issues. The cars idle drops to below 500 then jumps back up to a steady 500, it also stalls when I take it out of gear, doesnt even sputter just turns off.

Its your light weight flywheel. If you recently reset you ECU you messed it up.

What you need to do is reset the ecu by unplugging the battery for about 10min. Then start the car when it is completely cooled down (ie, the next morning before you drive it) and let the car idle for 20min or so... atleast until running temp.

Then shut the car off and let it cool down completely. Start the car up again and drive off. Im not sure why this works or how I got into the routine, but ever since I put in the lightweight flywheel thats waht ive had to do.

Is it your battery or alternator? How's your charge? Could be you're just loosing fire...

MAF seems most likely. Maybe borrow one from someone's car that you know works. If it fixes it buy one. If not, it's something else.

don't think it's your flywheel. could be I guess but I doubt it. I run the ACT streetlite and have no issues like that at all.

if you have a iacv, then you should check that. Mine was really stuck at 70k miles. Also, check for vacuum leaks.
