I freecycle stuff once in a while and I normally stash a piece of hardware in a pocket or close by. Never know who's really coming.

Looks like this guys gets around a good amount of scams, apparently theres already a police report on him for pulling a ticket scam. nice.
from a google cache of an old Craigslist post back in Oct..

scammers (like this piece of **** below, KRSTO "Chris" MIRKOVSKI of #270 ONTARIO RD. Milpitas) make duplicate copies of downloaded e-tickets by way of color printers, and then re-sell to unsuspecting concert goers on Craigslist. e-ticket buyers then become victims (by surprise) at the Concert
