If it happens a third time, demand a new car. California Lemon Law. Search for info on BAIC (and the web)

First I would demand the codes from all of your visits. I can't see any reason why they don't keep that on record somewhere. I know that the ECU re-flash is a remedy for certain codes. Next I would take the car back and tell them that the issue is not closed and take it to Carlsen in Redwood City and have Kevin work on your car.

just curious, have you actually asked them why then have not re-flashed if they said they were?

kevin (CKEVIN here in i-club) is a regular here.

plus if you search for his name, you'll see tons of good things people have said about him.

stevens creek, on the other hand, is like SARS...

Wait til it comes on again...

Well, I have heard good thing about them. You could also take it to Santa Cruz...but some think it is a bit to far...They have GREAT Customer Service too....and worth the drive.

Like I said before....if this guy is forgetting what he did and said to you...you cant trust him. I hate people like that. And he isn't fixing it for you either, so....there you go Skip him!!

LMAO!!! Best quote I've seen in a LONG time!!! hahahahahah!!!

Dude, you should take a tape recorder there next time, and get him on tape saying it. Then when he claims he didn't say it, just go, "So I have you saying that you were going to reflash my computer right here." Then play it for him. Then ask him, "So you are lying right to my face when you claimed you never said you were going to reflash my computer. Then contact the BBB and have their rights to service cars REVOKED!! There is nothing I hate more than people who lie directly to my face.

to lying sacks of SHlT!!!!!!!
