It's actually a site on Tumblr. I guess the Great Firewall blocks that site too.

Haha, don't worry about not understanding some of the words in the picture; one of the guys typing has TERRIBLE English even though he's American. The whole point of the site is to see the dumb things he writes and to laugh at him. Basically, the guy that started the website decided to post text message exchanges that he has with his dumb cousin, who thinks he's some kind of black gangster when he's just a (probably middle-class) white kid.
