Happy T-Day everyone. For the record I am deep frying a turkey as I write (yes I have other people watching it so it doesn't burn my house down while unatteneded). Maybe I'll try and take some photos of the beast when it has finished its jacuzzi.

It's not even recorded that they had turkey, and the indians didn't kill the fowl. The main course at the first thanksgiving (if you want to call it that), among fowl, was venison.

Venison and lobster. Back when lobster was considered peasant food. Haha. That's a unique surf n' turf dinner.
