Hammy: Mileage, MPG
so I know a lot of people drove a lot for hammy. either on the way up and back or a few driving up and over.
So......how many miles did you guys drive and what did your miles per gallon end up being.
I drove 178. Miles per gallon....17.8.
And that's with probably 80% freeway miles.

I drove 80 miles to and from my house to the Suby Dude office and then to Mt. Hammy and back home. I wiped out a quarter tank of gas driving 80 miles.
80 miles on a quarter of a tank? i dont even get that pure highway =P
i went through almost a half total driving abotu 50 miles. I also took my own solo trip up the mountain and held it between 4-5k almost the whole time

I drive a 2.5RS so I get to use the crap gas. I was riding on 2nd and 3rd through Mt Hammy and redlined only once. I drove slow or speed limit too. I just remember filling up to a half a tank of gas and then this morning when I went to work, I noticed there was a quarter tank left. Oh yea, next year, we should tell everyone to fill up on gas before coming out. There were a handful of people (jokingly) asking if we sold gas. :P
Hurray, it's Ian!!

i drove like a total of 60 something miles? to and from, including picking up a friend, and driving around after mt hammy. and taking the backside of hammy down, instead of taking a left to go up the mountain (did this in the morning to avoid all the packs of slow drivers)
err right now im at work and added another 20 miles or so and i'm at about 3/4 tank.
so...83-85 miles driven, and 3/4 tank.

I guess most people aren't as **** as I am when it comes to tracking dollars and miles....but then again..most people don't put 50k miles on a 04...haaa.

I've got a stock WRX and drove a couple hundred miles, mostly VERY spirited highway driving, and still got over 25 MPG. Normally I get anywhere from 18-20 around town.
