Halloween Weather UPDATED!
Chance of RAIN Friday! 
30-40% chance!
That's right, it's gonna cool down this week. By Friday/Saturday high will be in the mid 50s at best near the bay (60s inland, MAYBE 70) and the lows around the bay, and especially in the east bay hills, MAY BE near freezing! (like, 30s, most likely in the 40s though)
Don't think the heat will stay. Temps here in UC are 73 today, but by friday expected to be 53
