Hhahaha, couldn't have been an illegal, they are great at jumping stuff, like walls. Maybe the he's only trained to jump walls and fences so when he tried to jump the Tahoe the dimensions threw him off and he pwn3d himself, only logical explanation.

Barrio Spiderman and 5 of his homeboys suspected of stealing hundreds of dollars of candy from area grocery stores gets pulled over and Alberto Einstein here makes a break for it.
Police pursued the suspect into a neighborhood and he climbed onto a roof to get away.
Officers cautiously followed him as he ran from roof to roof the entire time, not knowing what to expect. After a few minutes, they brought out a ladder and sprayed him with pepper spray. Seconds later he came down and tried to flee the scene, but ran into a parked police sport utility vehicle.
Police say the teen is likely going to be charged with criminal trespassing for jumping from roof to roof and running from officers.

He looked mexican to me. Except for the jump. But I also live part time in Phx area. You build up a tolerance to it. It has no effect on me. Or other that work with the stuff. Some people and people on drugs it doesnt work as well. Guy on speed and spray him with OC and its like cutting the head off a chicken. Might not see much. But will still keep running.

I had a hot call once. Three guys fighting. One got my oc spray. No biggy. I was more worried about my sidearm and my asp. Anyways.. after telling them to drop the spray. I pulled the asp out. took the guys leg out. Fell to his back and it was sooooo funny looking at him spray me and him see the fear of it not stopping me. After telling him again to drop the spray and he refused. His arm became rubber.
The other guys got the idea but were soon picked up by back up.
My face was red from the spray. But you use it so much and you train with it. So I don't want to take your money.
For a fun time. Youtube pepper spray and running into the wind. Hahah.. good times..
