working on the leg lifts. Need to start doing wind sprints though, and hitting the pool again. cut would be awesome, but looking mostly to get stronger. got to pass the CPAT eventually, so i need the strength and the endurance.
What are you up to these days Winston? Been a long time man. Going to have to meet up some time soon

The nearest crossfit gym for me is like 45 min away? Rhonnert Park I think. Anyway, I just use their website and get the workout of the day when I want to throw something different in. Sometimes they have "hero" workouts which tend to be a real test of your manhood. A buddy and I did the murph which was a timed event. 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats followed by another mile run. Feels great when you finish.

Distance Running

Alright, today I ran 3 miles with a couple of my buddies. . .Its been a while since I ran.

Can someone give me some advice as far as breathing goes? I get real winded hellah easily since I'm a sprinter. . .

Here's what I do, Breath in the nose, out the mouth. . .Good running shoes that fit my feet, and a nice stretch right before. . .

What else should I do to build endurance?

Thanks all.

Endurance just comes from running more... try to pace your breathes, and take deeper breathes... The only way you get deeper breathes is by totally emptying your lungs first, then breathing in after wards. I used to pace myself, and breathe out for 3-4 steps, and in for 2-3, all depending on how fast your feet are moving and how much its exerting on you.
