Tomorrow I believe I am going to gut my midpipe to go along with my 3" inelt catback. I am perfectly aware that removing the 3rd cat does VERY little for performance.
However, the reason I am doing it is for the sound. I have searched everywhere and no-one has said anything about the sound difference between a catback vs. a catback w/ gutted midpipe.
Please chime in if you have any experience with this.
