I think i only have like 30% or so. I've mostly been doing the standard missions.

The motorcycles are hella sick.

 

I'm done with all the main story, and only one misison left for the side story. Currntly I am working on my unique jumps

and my highest level for the Vigilante missions is 65

 

can u shoot while riding one of the bikes?

 

sure can, its the only thing that you can shoot foward and towards the sides

 

You can shoot forward in the golf cart as well.

I am 85% complete. I did all the missions, found all the hidden packages and did a bunch of other stuff. I am trying to figure out what actually takes you to 100%. I don't see it. The real question is, who has the highest media attention. I am at like 2480 World News. Get all the hidden packages. The prize you get is fun.

is there a good way of making $$ without doing through all the missions?

i tried killing people for their money but that gets tiring
