I thinking because you were running about 70% of full tilt on the low boost map and the "L" still needs to be dialed in and Crawford SOME HOW squicked us out by .2 seconds even though I'm still trying to figure that out seeing that you were running them down EVERY LAP.
Hey, but you broke the track recorded before them. So I say you were first

I'm hoping we get everyone from NorCal down to Willow Springs to help support GSTmotorsports.
EDIT; GST wasnt their for just the TA event. They were their for all 4 events. Crawford getting 1st in the TA didnt even effect how we did overall in the shootout.

Paul said it. And it was 2.2 Seconds. The aftermath of Tarzan wanting to run again, after winning the TA and setting the track record makes little sense to me. You're still my hero Gary.

Tarzan then ran a 1:02.1 on his last hot lap(lap 3) to break our record.
EDIT:
I cant count the days fast enough until Willow Springs.

No No, We/they were running 1:04's right? You hit the "magic button" which to our knowledge does not exist in the "Grrrreat Tony the Tiger" car. I get where our 2sec came from. Where did their ~2.whatever sec. come from? By any accord great driving by both you and Tarzan. Where on such a small track can you pick up over 2sec without changing the charactistics of the car or changing the distance around the track? We picked up 2sec by adding 80hp. Your line didn't change, you knew where your going to point the car. 2sec is a ton of time, particularly in this type of event. I don't think we were out performed, I think we were out smarted.

Gary

It can be said that you generally nail it, then go faster. SO fast in fact, you closed the gap on them. Yet... I'm done.

Big ups though. It was a great weekend. Bitter Sweet Indeed.
