GST Motorsports tune

Hey guy, I made a last minute appointment for a ProTune at GST Motorsports yesterday. First off, I want to thank them for accomidating me at such a last second notice. When I got there about 45 minutes early to install my Grimmspeed EBCS prior to the tune, the owner Mike was helpful lending me some needle nose pliers. After about an hour of tuning, Mike allowed me to test drive my car with the new setup. Off the bat, I noticed how smooth the throttle response is and how much increase in torque there was. After the tune, Mike and I talked about tuning and even about where we are originally from. It was a great experience and excellent customer service. I did about two months of research on local tuners and I decided on Mike at GST Motorsports due to his experience and excellent reviews. I could not be happier. I ran an e-tune for three years, and there was so much more that Mike pulled from my car. If I could do it over again, I would have gone to him a long time ago.

Solid numbers. Love the curve shape. Does it feel torquier and more consistent through the power band?

And that British tosser is seriously old school. I first dealt with Mike around 2008 and at that point he already had 10+ years in the tuning industry.

The torque is smooth to full power. When laying on the gas, the speed comes quick and smooth. Totally impressed with the tune and power. With my e-tune, I dyno'd at 271hp and 279tq, now I'm sitting at 275hp and 313.5tq. Great increase or torque.

No social disorder there. Mike is a solid professional who is focused on his job. I had a great conversation about tuning as well as things about ourselves. Who ever did the latest Yelp review probably had nothing interesting worth talking about. Mike and I chatted for a while after he was done tuning my car. In my opinion.... It was great customer service.

Lol!!! Just checked out that review, hilarious! Too bad it shines negatively on he shop.

Is he quiet when he's busy? Yes, as would most of us be when we've got loads of things to do. Oh well, guess I'll just have to manage my own disorders when I next stop in!

That was a weird review, I've known Mike for over 10 years and he is always very engaged and talkative and loves to chat and give advice about future plans and mods...

Some people just have weird sense of customer service entitlements. Mike is also pretty straight forward and does not sugar coat things, to say the least. So in the end, it is impossible to please everyone.
