What?! I had nothing to do with the ohnoonmykayak. Or whatever it is.
EDIT:
Just looked it up. This okonomiyaki stuff looks hella good. Also, it doesn't seem that hard to pronounce. Kinda like "economy" but with an "O" instead of and "E" and then yaki.
I still like ohnoonmykayak though.

P.S. Hiroshima-style is tastier than Osaka style, IMHO.
No good places for okonomiyaki in the Bay, it never really took off here.

What's the difference?
There used to be an okonomiyaki shop near me. As it turned out, it was owned by my mom's old boss (older Japanese guy). It was really good, but yeah it never really took off.
That's what gives it that extra flavor.

Hiroshima-style keeps everything in layers, while Osaka-style just shoves everything together randomly. The layering ensures that you get a little bit of everything ingredients-wise in every bite, unlike the crap shoot that is Osaka-style. Also, Hiroshimayaki is the basis of "Modernyaki" when yakisoba (and fried egg) are added to the layers. Plus there's usually more cabbage, which is healthy.
I'm also a fan of monjayaki, but that's even rarer in the contiguous 48 (if you know what I mean).

Well, it looks like the screwed up the order. Time to find a new vendor?

I want to buy a Ham Sandwich at a discount and with a different user name.
You see - I think every deli on the West Coast has ripped me off and owes me free coleslaw. Most deli's west of the Mississippi won't even talk to me because I've been such a horrific customer for so many delis.
If you sell me a ham sandwhich at a discount, I will let you come to my counterfeit Subaru event... which may or may not be happening...
