Highway 9 (big basin) in Saratoga.

Also take Foothill exit off 280 south and head past the resevor tward the mountains. ( I take this road often to blow off steam or avoid accident traffic). There are very few cars on this one ever.

 

11/10 Works best for me, and hopefully I can convince some poor college kids to join (a few of 'em have WRXs but they just sit on 'em...sooo upsetting)
