Yeah similar to gt5, bruteforce savedata and hex editor is needed. Find your credits and change into hexadecimals into the amount u want. The bad thing is once you win a race, and win credits, it'll return to whatever credits you had before the edit.

Yup thats how it was with GT5 too, just buy all you need before competing any races.
Dont think you can send credits, but you can send save game data and have a metadata hack.
Btw, anyone find out the limitations for sending cars yet for GT6? Is it still a 2mil limit? I used to just give my self any car I want and send them to ppl...... under 2 mil that is.

I can do it, you can too. Just make a copy and a back up copy of your GT5 file and practice.
It got to the point where you can give your self any car in the archives (except DLC) in any color and specs. You can give your self as many paint chips, performance upgrades, anything that is attainable is attainable. Chassis swap, engine swap, suspension hacks.....hydraulics.
Its no fun to do at the beginning though........ its something you do when you've finished the game is are bored.
Playstation put up regulations because people were using those hacked cars in seasonal events, towards the end of GT5 life, they weren't so strict about it. I would just lay low and let others get caught first before doing anything.
