Hey does anyone know what the A-Spec points are for? I heard it was just for bragging rights.

I ask because I did a 68 point race with a Mercury Cougar and I didn't know you could get more than 9...

i have won around 180-200 in one race before

now is that something to brag about?

on another note, this game makes it WAY too easy to get $. sure, it means you can buy cars easily, but that takes away some of the fun.

I plan on doing some time, pausing, coming back later and doing more. Repeat until finished.

not me. that's nuts. as much fun as this game is, i have better things to do than to barricade myself inside a room for hours at a time.

Exactly. When I get to a certain point, I'll do it. Probably take a week or two. Do it every night for a few hours (12 days x 2 hours a day) and you're done. And you have the best car (probably) in the game.

Last night i did the "1000 miles" race series in the Europian Cup races and i had my AC "cobra" because it had to be a pre 1970 car. It was 25 laps and it took about 3 hours 20 mins. roughly. That's with an average lap time of 8 minutes.

But to answer your question... i'm crazy enough. but it would be nice to have a few friends there to take over during pit stops like in a real 24 hr race. I'll probably just pause the game and come back to it the next day and the next day etc...

Question ripped off from GT planet...

What was/will be your first car? Did you import the 100,000 cr. or did you start from scratch? Using won cars only?
