updates:
i just called allstate, the girl's insurance company.
and they say that i will have to go to an inspector to see how severe is the damge.
my damages are not bad at all, will i even get anything back?
coz i only spots of my bumper have paint completely chipped off, and the metal is revealed.
and i have 2 little dented/deformed spot on the bumper.
will i get sent home?

I am in the same boat as you, I got hit at a meter light for the 580. except I have Progressive. They ****ing suck. Oh and I have an 05WRX. But this is how it goes:
First of all, since it's not your fault your insurance will not go up.
Have an adjuster from your insurance come out and look at your car. Chances are they will try to give you the least amount of money as possible. If your deductible is 500 for collision, they will deduct that from the total loss. Say they tell you it will cost 600 to fix the damages, they will cut you a check for 100. Once they get the money from the other party's insurance, they will cut you a check for the $500. But until the other insurance gives money, you are left with only 100.
OR
Call up the other insurance and then either have them make an estimate or take it to a body shop and get an estimate yourself. They should cut you a check.
For mine, my insurance guy said it would cost like 560 or something and gave me only 60. I am currently waiting on the 500. I am also planning on going to the other insurance agent of the girl who hit me and see how much they are willing to pay. If they pay more, then I will send Progressive the check back.
But I have some good news.
I just saved a lot of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico.

damn..
allstate has been trying to contact the girl for liability,
and hasn't been able to get a hold of her since jan 28th.
i think the girl is just trying to hide from allstate.
what if allstate cannot contact her ever?
and then she switches insurance?
is that possible for her to do that?

She can change insurance companies but Allstate is still liable for all the damages since she has a current policy w/ them. You should have gone throught your insurance company and have them go after Allstate. That's what I'm doing. Let the insurance company fight it out.

unless i pay the 500 dollars deductable, and then they will go after the other company.
and from what they might get from the other company, they will subtract 500 from the total.
