good tint shops in the east bay?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good tint shop in the east bay? I know Omega is in Pleasanton, and Vince has tinted all my cars, but he told me that he is currently booked at least a month out.

I'm in the same boat. Omega was booked solid so I set up an appointment with Auto Image in Belmont. It's not too far and they have great Yelp reviews. Auto Image

Rocky Mountain Window Tint in livermore
the owner Matt has been tinting for 24 years and has tinted all 7 of my cars over the years. I was at his place just a few weeks ago.

Rocky Mountain Windowtint - *Servicing the greater bay area since 1988

he's also booked solid for several weeks out

Best tint job ever.

They're in San Mateo but worth the drive, I went up from San Jose to get work done.

Looks like I'll be giving them out a try. Matt quoted me a week earlier availability and his pricing was 40 bucks lower than omega.

Thanks man!

Omega seems to be one of the best.

I went to Best image in San Mateo, and they asked $170 with I-club discount same day, and their job is good.

Nice. How much did he quote you?

BTW, I think Rocky Mountain used Formula One tint which is a better quality film than the Llumar that Omega uses.

Auto image did my tail light overlays. It was kinda crappy and charged $80. And the owner of bluebatoverlays recommended Auto Image to do the Job....

I had bad experience at Best Image in San Mateo when I had my 08 mazda speed 3 tint done there. My wheel lock key went missing, missing trunk interior plastic handle and I had to go back there twice to fix their ****ty tint job.

400 for a 2012 335i 4dr using formula one tint. Omega was 440.

One of the Yelp reviews mentioned a less-than-stellar job with a clearbra install too. Their tint jobs seem good though. I'll find out soon!

Does anyone have an opinion on Llumar vs. Suntek tint film?

i had a mobile tinter do mine. His name is Adrian Torres, He lives in blossom hill but he drives all over. I'm not sure if he still does it at that cost,. His charge is about $25 a window. The back is alittle more of course.

I got all of my wagon windows (even the small back ones) for $150 The quality is really good, but the back seems to have some imperfections. There are little specs problably dust around the edges. But they are only noticable if you look really close. everything else is still great. It also comes with life time warranty.

I refered him to Demerson but im not sure if he went to him or not Lol

his number
