Those are my go to spots, Sushi on the Run in Los Gatos is also good... hard to get a seat though.

Gf introduced me to Sushi Musashi in San Leandro, and really like it so far.

Sushi on the Run in Los Gatos is very good.
Sushi Masa near Camden and Kooser is also pretty good.

If you're on the peninsula, there's lots of good choices too - Fuji Sukiyaki on 3rd street in San Mateo immediately comes to mind.

+1 for Yuki. Great place and great people. Used to work with the owner years ago.

Little Madfish over in Pacific Commons, is actually a great place to eat for cheap. Check out/call in for their happy hours which is 50% off rolls. If your there, during regular hours... go for one of their bento boxes. They really dont skimp you on food, I swear my order was enough to feed two hungry people...

All you can eat made to order sushi at Sushi Factory in either San Jose or Milpitas

lol

just make sure noooo sharing at all, not even a bite or 1 piece or they will call you out

its not a good spot, but a bad spot for good value of all you can eat

I actually really like sushi from "SUSHI KING" on mcarthy ranch. Their teriyaki chicken is amazing too. ****ty name but really good, quick, and fast.... especially to go. I've been to a few sushi places closer to home that are very pricy, and well regarded and the KING took a **** on them in my opinion.
