i say go to a subaru junkyard and buy a pair for $80 bucks and do it yourself, youll be surprized how easy it is to replace it, im sure theres some usefull threads around here somewhere....

from what Ive been told, by the time you find out your bearings are bad you will need to replace the hub (housing) also. I tried to change just the bearing on my front hub found out the hub is bad because they're is little play on my wheel in occasional breaking.

Bump!
Anyone know how much this cost to replace nowadays?
I think mine is going out... sounds would describe as like a helicopter in the rear?!
