Good Shop for Subarus in San Jose/Santa Clara area?
Looking for some recommendations for a good shop to do maintenance work and performance mods in the San Jose area (obviously, no dealerships, I really dislike them). GST is a little far, was wondering if there closer choices. Thanks in advance!

It kinda depends on what you want done...
Basic maintenance can be handled by almost any shop... it ain't rocket science.
For mods in the SJ area, check out Goodies Speed Shop on Lincoln & San Carlos.
There is also Black Trax near the Great Mall

theres quite a few shops here in the bay area, thats what i love about living here in the bay, so many shops to choose from. im sure they will all take care of you which ever shop you go too

There are a few shops (GST, Auto HQ, Lic, EQ Tuning) in the Bay Area for maintenance work, however, none of them are in San Jose area.
The place where I took my boxster to get fixed also is delving into the Subaru world now.
