Good shop to install springs?

i plan on switching to progress springs in the next week but need to find a shop that'll do the work for a good price. I've never worked on subaru suspension. I recently purchased the car lowered a little on yellow springs which i dont know the brand. Anyone know of good shops with good prices in the san jose or bay area?

I think if you're lookin' for a good deal on springs, just ask some i-clubbers around your area to help. The most you'll probably have to pay for is some beer and meat for the BBQ while you work on your car. Hahaha =P Just givin' a suggestion.

Less if you buy the springs from them. That's all I have to say.
