The Senate shot down the GM/Chrysler/Ford bailout!!!!


That's the best news since Obama got elected!! SHATTER and SHUTTER the greedy f-r's from the UAW, and the overpaid lazy *** workers, the stupid and overpaid management, and hope they ALL think about it while they're on the unemployment lines!!!

Remove the domestic cars from the car market, and at least the quality of the cars goes WAY UP!!

Just because they didn't get a lone doesn't necessarily mean that they will shut their doors.

You don't stay in the auto manufacturing business for 100 years if you can't adapt and overcome.

 

thats bad news, i hope you all know that cause they are in the union they get %95 of what they make for the next two years if they go under. This is so many jobs for people, if any of them go under we are gonna be in a worse place then we are now.

 

They are crying wolf.. Toyota will come buy them out now.. I'm buying more stock in the morning.

I'm soooo glad we are no longer funding bad companies. U.S. Governrment should give everyone a 10k tax credit towards buying a new big three car or truck. This will save allot of people. Also keeping jobs and restarting the used car market... lol

 

Sorry, I didn't see any of the automobile manufacturers singing "We Shall Overcome"...

...they've had YEARS to adapt, but have refused to do so. They've spent more money lobbying to relax fuel economy standards than to develop fuel efficient, quality built and cars that people would want to buy.

I'm because I could personally do a FAR better job of running GM than those overpaid dipsh*ts.

You've never heard the old saying, "You can't get blood from a turnip", have you? If they're bankrupt, I'm sure the unions aren't going to get their monies...and would also hope that the upper management suffers the same fate.

Who really gives a crap if the Big Three go under? Ford is in a decent enough position, and hopefully they're learning quickly enough that they're bringing over the only quality cars that have their name on them...from Europe, of course, where cars are actually built properly, instead of by Union of Asinine Whiners!!!

 

Tell you what... I'll take the Ford CEO job... Two things will happen.

1# Fire 85% of the workforce. Tell those people ..... I have 500k Americans I can retrain to take your jobs. Anyone ????? I'm sure even government backed training.

2# Then go out to the market and say.... Hi how the hell are you.? What do YOU want? You want the cosworth escort? Guess what? 2009 you will have it. You want a SUV? or a government work truck or van? I got two choices... Electric? or propane


End of the day.. I got new happier people working for me. And better sales.

Union Legal problems.. Thats what the government can take care of instead of bailing me out. I have to turn a company around.. I could care less after your off my payroll..

 

oh yeah... I'll do all that for 80k a year.. No bonus. No jet,

Unemployment numbers were announced at 533,000 and the market went up!!!


BTW, the 15th is just around the corner. It's time for the market manipulators to jack up the stock market so the retirement investment monies that are invested on payroll days buys less in the open market. We'll gain all the ground we've lost just in time for the money to get dumped from retirement accounts into the market...

...and from there it'll tank for another couple weeks until the next payday investment period rolls around.
