I've been trying to figure that out myself. The only car-related area that I know of is in Mong Kok at the end of Nelson Street by the soccer field. Last time I was there, I saw a full carbon-bodied STi parked on the street along with an R34 Skyline GT-R, 350Z and a Lotus Exige. Funny how they do part installations right out on the street. I once saw a Ferrari 360 on the street in front of a tire shop, sitting on a jack, with one rear wheel off.
Most of the shops in Mong Kok sell car accessories. The high performance shops seemed pretty pricey and they don't seem to stock much.

Macao Restaurant in TST, the indoor "dai pai dongs" in Happy Valley, Yung Kee in Central for roast goose, any of the major hotel restaurants. That's all I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure I'll come w/ more and post'em up!
As for car stuff, Mong Kok is your best bet. But don't expect anything fabulous there (unless things have changed since my last trip).

I can give you some suggestions depending on what kinda cusine you want :P
Car stuffs are mostly on Mong Kok like others said. You might wanna pick up some car accessories as they are cheaper and more variety.
There are some other points of interest in this link if you can read Chinese

Want to pick me up some Project MU Titan Kai's for my STi? They don't sell them here anymore. But I think they still do over there. I didn't like their US replacement level max 900's.
