couldn't agree more (but they aren't coils like the thread states)...they are by far the most popular setup i sell; this in conjunction with swift springs.

I've been through a couple sets of coilovers in the past year, on the 'soft' & 'stiff' side of the lot. Low low low probability that you'd find a set of coilovers that wouldn't become abusive on SF streets.

I have Stance GR+ 10/8kg spring rate, it's a pain only driving up or down a little driveway. 3 wheeling for the win Go STANCE!

Ohlins and some decent springs will give you a nice setup, I like them much better than coilovers. The coilovers have a slight advantage for sure on butter smooth pavement, but thats not what we have sooooooooooo. Personally I like to enjoy cornering on bumps (ohlins) vs. doing everything I can to keep the car straight on a bumpy canyon(coilovers)

BTW, ALL three of those are made by the same company and besides the colors they chose are basically identical

Iv'e heard nothing but good things about these coilovers.... But i dont drive in the city that much so i wouldnt know how they would fair on those streets. I am thinking of purchasing some BC coilovers but if you have the money for KW's then i'd go for those instead. My .02 cents

Looks like, but isn't. Stance coilovers are made in Korea.

SF has worse potholes/roads than Oakland?? I'm a bit shocked...

I rock some Helix DNA's and live in Oakland. They are brutal on most streets here but just knowing the road is your best bet. I.E knowing where the big pot holes are and what lanes to drive in, so on so forth.

Overall I got used to the crappy ride on the bad streets and or avoid them if possible.
