Catch cans, more pickups, and need to place another order for UP's... those things are flying off the shelves!

How to accurately get dimensions so you can finish your equal length header model and start producing 321 stainless steel mil spec equal length manifolds The base of the fixture is all helicoiled as well as all the other holes in the fixture, i think there are over 50 helicoiled holes in that fixture there. I also have a fixture that bolts in for twinscroll and for v-band outlet headers. The base plate weighs over 40lbs

Been super busy and havent posted much stuff and I havent had my camera at work as much since i finally got an iphone which i take pics with mostly now and share through that.

But here is my equal length header in solidworks, sent files out to get quoted yesterday. Basically everything will be mandrel bent and then lasered with a 6-axis laser so all i have to do is weld it together. Will be all trimmed to length and all collector/miter cuts will be lasered.

Here is a big chunk of titanium I picked up last week. Using this to machine some titanium v-band flanges, going to keep some for later on that, but will hopefully be using these on a build Im starting here soon which is slated to go to SEMA this year so I'll be incorporating a lot of high end materials and machined parts.

Maybe it's the shape, but I'm picturing some piston heads.
