Good bay area driving schools?

Hey I am interested in taking some driving schools for the track.
I know There are many places I could grow in my driving so I figure taking a race class would be rad.

Especially when I get my car back on the road, I am gonna want to start to track.

Any suggestions on specific schools in the SF area. That being east/north of SF. Would rather not go all the way down to Laguna Seca(I live in Sonoma County).. but if you think a school there is worth it.. then let me know!

i went to a NASA Pro Racing track day once. And the driving instructor I had was pretty good. But if you go to those kind of track day, I think it's really your luck. Since you don't get to pick your instructor.

Greg, do you remember that fool SOM that was a manager at trader joes with the 06 wrx? well he's got passes to some driving school that's done at infineon. He was telling me that they have a written class first, where they hand you info, lecture, and show videos for a quick couple hours. then they take u on the track with a pro, where he tracks ur car while ur sittin shotty, then you drive and learn.
i think its a three day course... i'll have to get in touch with him if this is what ur lookin for
peace

+1 I've gone with TEAM and with unlimited laps. Both are great groups and make for great HDPE's. I've learned a lot with them, had tons of fun, and can't wait to go again.
