Question Going to install Whiteline ALK tomorrow, any tips / or can anyone help just in case?

I just picked up my Whiteline ALK today for my '99 and want to install it tomorrow. The instructions has this for the torque specs:

Mount bolts > 184 ft-lb
Control arm nut > 140 ft-lb

Does this sound about right? Also it says in the instructions after getting everything ready to tighten down to "Lower the vehicle back to normal ride height and bounce the front of the vehicle". So just push down on both sides to get it in place I guess right? Lastly how on earth am I going to tighten down the nuts and bolts with the car on the ground???

BTW: I know I'll need an alignment soon after this and I was going to take it to Auto Innovations in Milpitas. Any certain settings I should have to worry about or just get it to specs?

But what about tightening up the stuff when I set the car down? How am I going to be able to get under there and get leverage with wrenches?

Another question, is it mandatory that I get new camber bolts in addition to this or are my stock ones okay? Also would like to know about my above q? too ^

you're cool with the stock camber bolts. thats what i'm using right now and i have zero camber after the alignment. make sure you get your car hella high in the air to get the leverage.

tighten in the air, double check on the ground.

Using stock bolts, you should have no issue getting -1 degree of front camber when you go for your alignment.

have them zero the toe all around, and you're set.

its not good to have zero camber all the way around unless you meant to say toe...... Next time get like -1, like gagan said you should be able to get around there without adding camber bolts or camber plates.

Cool, thanks guys. I'll let you know how the install goes, I borrowed a big breaker bar from a friend yesterday. So for alignment all I have to tell them is -1 degree front camber and zero toe all around, anything else I need to have them do?

Well I went to my friends house earlier this afternoon and looks like I'll have to work on this project tomorrow cause his brother borrowed his jackstands, I have 2 of the OEM jacks but I don't trust vigorus torque wrenching with those cheapo things holding my car up!

Thanks! I got the ALK installed today and boy does it feel good, front end of the car isnt lurching up around the corners and when going over stuff the car just pulls itself down now... pretty cool. Still planning on -1 camber and zero toe all round for my alignment. How much would Auto Innovations charge to do that??
