Going to Detroit?
I'm putting together a solo road trip. To Detroit. I wanna see this urban decay/urban farming boom happen along Motor City. Yes, I know it's dangerous but I hail from Oakland; can't be that bad right?
Just wondering if anyone here know of things to see there, or things to do there. Some nightlife stuff would be cool - I wanna try and find a sweet rave in an abandoned industrial park, like what Detroit was known for in the 90's. But really, I want to see the Packard Plant, the GM buildings, Glass House, Dearborn, and maybe even catch a Lions game???

Sounds like a great trip. Also the Detroit Red Wings are a damn good hockey team if you're into that. I don't know of much else in Detroit other than what you mentioned.
