wow....this is like Medford Oregon, used car lost with offices inside Mobile Minis, and the cars start at $50......inflated tires optional!

And there are billboards for sex toy shops EVERYWHERE! i thought this was Texas....

Can't wait to get back home tomorrow night.

For now, I'm gonna grab a drink at HUMMERS bar and grill!!! :P

Peace,

This is the state that gave us George W. Bush, what do you expect. Atleast California gave Ronald Reagan, now he was a president (Star Wars project was coo..)

To be fair, that's sorta like going to one of the worst parts of Oakland and calling the Bay Area "ghetto" based on your limited observations

(used to live in Houston)

Next time you're there, goto the Galleria area (specifically Richmond just west of the 610 loop) or down near Rice University. FAR nicer areas with tons of bars, restaurants, strip clubs, etc. Lived in the Galleria area when I was in Houston, and it was pretty awesome (not to mention, cost of living TONS cheaper than the Bay Area despite being an "expensive" part of Houston!)
