All OT's are 4 on 4. Opens up the ice and provides a better chance of someone scoring.

I am going to be buying a jersey soon and with all of the great players, I am not sure who I want to get on the back of my jersey. Any of you got any suggestions? I have nailed it down to the following players:

Thornton #19
Clowe #29
Nabokov #20
Pavelski #8
Rivet #52

Also, which jersey do you think I should get, Road or Home (white or teal)?

i personally like the away (white) jersey better. the only thing that sucks is that they get dirty hella easily.

as far as numbers go... this is the order i would go

pavelski
thornton
vlasic
setaguchi

didn't feel like a home opener... i was hoping they'd lower the shark at one of the intermissions... but the crowd noise was awesome... and indeed some "BULL****" officiating

Yeah, we have had some lopsided games as far as officiating. I think it is BS that the the Bruins got the game winner after it hit a ref. The new line arrangements for tonight's game should be interesting....Thornton, Clowe and Mitchell. A mix of speed, size and power.

Why don't you get a blank?

I didn't get to see the game last night (I was on a plane), but my wife told me all about it. Wish I'd seen the fight at the end and Nabby's big save.

From what it sounds like they're playing a lot better. More like the Sharks were playing at the end of last season. I've been really disappointed so far with their performance. Too bad because I still have them picked to win the Cup.

Let's hope they can keep the momentum going. Go Sharks!

Ehh, blank jerseys just seem too boring.

The game last night was kind of scary in the first period. The Sharks are forgetting a lot of basics. Midway through the 2nd period they woke up and started to resemble the Sharks from last year.

Murray's fight was pretty good. Complete domination. He had the guys jersey over his head and was connecting with some hard fists. The Canuck had a black eye in the works right after.

One good thing is that most of the goals scored on the Sharks this year have been cheap/lucky shots. Nabby is playing really well, especially last night when he robbed one of the Sedin twins. Thursday will be an interesting game.

Better blank for when the guy moves on. Then it just looks a bit silly.

Ringing pucks off the posts has been a plague this year as well. It's insane the number of times it's happened. Hope they start getting lucky.

Shark Pack holder. Plan C. 202/203 Row 14 or something like that. We've only been to one game so far. Couldn't afford full season tickets this year. Maybe next.

Yeah, that is a chance I will have to take. I figure if I get a solid player who just signed a long term deal (Thornton, Rivet, Michalek, Marleau) I will be safe. Only time will tell.
