what you want to do, is record the events. just like it is legal for the cops to record your traffic stop, you can do the same thing.

even better is a second person in your car.

but trying to bait the LE for monetary purposes is just wrong. and stupid.
at least record them stopping me (thats what i meant before), and get them fired. But then they will probably target me.

that gives me an idea of taking out my digital camera or cell phone and start recording if a cop is being an ****.

i wonder if they can do the same thing if the meet was at a 24 hour store like wal-mart or krispy kreme. "Officer, we're all here to have doughnuts at 1 A.M."

"If you are not into street racing, why would you need that? Why would you want more powering going to your car? And you don't do any kind of street racing? Do you know people that do? You don't know anybody that street races? Most street racers like to modify their cars like that."

Almost sounds familiar, doesn't it?

Yeah it does. I am sure that I would get s*** if I got pulled over. If I ever do, I'll just refer to my ACLU pocket guide thing. Why incriminate yourself?

i don't see why you wouldn't be allowed to record while they are talking to you. just to **** them off or be courtesies, i would tell them i would be recording the whole conversation.

Use the: "If you aren't doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about," statement.
