Aye, but the helicopter can fly in more or less a straight line. Plenty of places where roads twist enough or have obstacles (heh, cross traffic..) to nullify the top speed advantage. Though in this vid he seems to have quite a few long straight sections to play with.

Just run towards an airport, then the helo can't follow you. Also, there's always parking garages.

Don't try that in SoCal. I know they have a few heli's in LA that are equipped with night vision and heat.

So what? Night vision is weak for that and thermal will only confuse them with all the other cars around. Plus that **** doesn't work through concrete. People did it when I lived in Dallas from time to time so I assume there's some validity to it.
